Message	will not be making a lot of adjustments. And with too many available adjustments you can really get screwed up. For the Ground Controls, we pretty much left rebound at the middle setting and just fine tuned with the bump adjustment. In all of our testing and racing we only made 3 adjustments to the shocks. Do a lot of testing and get the car corner balanced by a good race alignment shop. They should also be able to help you with your road race setup. Glenn
